Museum opens daily* at 10:00 a.m.
  • Final admissions at 4:00 p.m. 
  • Museum closed by 5:00 p.m., or when the last admissions of the day depart.
  • Active MNHM members get complimentary early admission at 9:00 a.m. (with reservation)
Daily Museum Tour
  • Explore the museum with a guide. Go behind the scenes and learn about current projects.
  • Tours begin at 10:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., and 2:15 p.m. and last for 30 minutes to an hour depending on interest levels
  • ​Daily Museum Tours are included with admission
MNHM will be closed New Year's Day, Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day, and the occasional blizzard.
